GrowishPay

A fintech that deals with “social payment”, that is, payment solutions for transferring money between users or paying for online purchases. It offers payment solutions for travel, weddings, co-payments, e-commerce, both branded products and white labels, with easy and fast integration. The business model has been verified by more than 95 thousand users who have made more than 27 million euros of payments. The startup recently received a €730,000 loan needed to launch Scuolapay, a social payment solution linked to the school world: books, travel, supplies.

Filo

A startup founded in late 2014 developing an Iot tracking solution. He created the Tata Pad, a device for forgetful and busy parents that alerts them to the presence of children in the car. This is a baby pillow with artificial intelligence. Depending on the severity of the situation, the device can send sound notifications, SMS and make emergency calls even with the smartphone switched off, discharged, forgotten in the car or offline. Inside the pillow is a server that acts as a virtual switch, sending a safety signal to selected contacts in case of danger.

2Hire

The startup has developed a device for remote control of vehicles. A device that allows you to remotely control operations such as opening and closing doors in real time, as well as control bicycles and scooters. The device is useful for fleet management, also thanks to GPS and data tracking, and lends itself to the development of new forms of mobility. It is already operating in 9 countries in Europe and South America with 10,000 connected vehicles.

Biofarm

Agritech startup Biofarm connects users with local organic producers. It completed a successful crowdfunding campaign in 2020, and 2022 has been a pivotal year for its solidification. He has both b2b and b2c models. By accessing the platform, the buyer can take care of the tree and monitor its growth until harvest.

Fresco

A completely different business, but with the same goal of offering healthy products. Fresco is a healthy eating start-up that received a first round of funding of 1.3 million euros at the beginning of 2019. Created in 2018, it is present in Italy and abroad with smart refrigerators installed in companies selling fresh and quality products, dedicated to lifestyle-conscious people. The infrastructure is completely Italian, 2019 was the year of market entry, 2020 the year of acceleration.

MiConv

Online service for converting files from one format to another. Supports over 200 file formats! Available on both PC and mobile devices. The startup was created by two Italian students from Bologna. The newspaper “il Resto del Carlino” wrote that in 2022 the founders of the service received a grant of € 100,000 to develop the project.

This is a revolution in clinical methodology through the use of 4D augmented reality to create holographic models of the patient’s anatomy. The program offers scalable and realistic reconstructions of a specific human body. For example, holographic models of a human anatomical organ are created in a couple of hours and can be used to plan surgical interventions. In the future, this will allow remote operations with the feeling of being in the operating room.

Thanks to machine learning algorithms, it automates repetitive actions and gains valuable insights based on real data. But there’s also Thinkin, an iot platform that allows companies to streamline their operations by monitoring the position and behavior of people and resources inside discreetly and with privacy in mind.

Isacc

Startup Isacc specializes in anti-seismic research. He developed a state-of-the-art integrated plug and play sensor system for diagnosing and continuously monitoring buildings, which evaluates the state of the structure over time. The patented technology consists primarily of a mass moved by hydraulic pumps, which, like a pendulum, acts as a counterweight to the building, dampening vibrations and vibrations in the event of an earthquake.
